Windows 10: vcruntime140.dll missing

My windows 10 HP laptop hasn't been used in a while and when I used it again, it did windows updates and them told me vcruntime140.dll is missing? What can I do?

After a major windows update yesterday, I get the error message that VCRuntime140.dll is missing. How can I correct this?
