Windows 10: Vega 3 Driver always rollback to 19.10.16.06 by himself

When I installed VGA driver 20.4.2 using AMD Andrenalin, Windows Update ran and installed VGA driver version 19.10.16.06. Please help, i'm tired install Andrenalin every week.

I suggest you to download the latest version of Fallout New Vegas it would be compatible, if you face any issue then try to install the game in compatibility mode and check if it helps.

Follow the steps below on how to install Game in compatibility mode:

1. Download the Game from the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.

2. Right click on the setup file of the driver and select “Properties”.

3. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

4. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.

5. Let the Game install and then check the functionality.

Radio Switch Device Error Code 19

The error code 19 describes that, Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged.

Recommended resolution

• Uninstall and reinstall the driver.
• Revert to the most recent successful registry configuration.
  

Before we could reset the computer to factory settings, I suggest you to refer to the below article and perform the troubleshooting steps suggested for error code 19.

Cumulative updates fail (rollback) since August

Installing Cumulative updates goes ok until the PC restarts at which time, an error of some sort is detected and it decides to rollback the update. This has been going on since August.

I see this in CBS.LOG, I am not sure if it pertinent.
