Windows 10 1909 Causes Secondary Hard Drive to not be Recognized

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

Steps to confirm issue:

• Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
• Secondary drive not visible in device manager
• Secondary drive not visible in disk manager

Steps to replicate issue:

• Installing 1909 update

Steps to resolve issue:

• Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.

 

Win 10 Ver 1909 Test size / clarity in menues like "Local Group Policy Editor" "ClearType"

Win 10 Pro x86 32 Bit Currently ver 1909 from 1903 install

How do you make text larger in menues like

"Local Group Policy Editor"

or

"Administrative Templates"

or

Other menues

Already tried display / Ease of use with sliding text scale. It does change some things.

There use to be a list in ver 1511, where you could control actual font size of various things.

Not interested in messing with resolution.

Also, just found the feature called "ClearType" again, this helps, but still would like to increase size of text in actual menus and slider does not seem to do it, it was an item in a list where you could actually change font size of various items from 9
to 12, et...

The DFI you suggested is great too i only have the P35 version of it but get 4GHz on a Q6600 Quad Core G0 stepping.. the Blood Iron has only PCI-E ver. 1.1
