Windows 10: Verify Code alt email and Bitlocker

    Verify Code alt email and Bitlocker


    I had bitlocker kick in on my laptop and I'm trying to get the key from my info in my MS account I setup, BUT. Whenever I click that link or any other security info link I get the window that says it will send a code to my alt email address on file, but nothing is ever sent. I've checked the junk folder, setup the white list needed and everything else, the email is just not being sent from the MS servers. It worked the first time I was asked, I received the code but then nothing. I never received a email or code after that 1st time. I know my email is good as I receive other emails, whatev

    It does do that, mlee. All buttons have tooltips with the alt code and a description listed in it.

    The masculine ordinal number in Spanish, Italian and Portugese? I'm not even sure what it is for ... lol

    Little Alt Code Utility

    I had originally thought of including all of the characters with accents and a lot of other special punctuation, but I was trying to keep the GUI small.
    The intent of this app was for quick characters when forum posting and not a comprehensive list of all the possible alt codes.
    I will give it some thought. Maybe a settings option so the GUI only displays the character sets that you need/want.

    Nice app, can it display the actual ALT code if you hover over the icon? That might be handy.

    Plus my favorite ALT Code is ALT+0186. *Smile Verify Code alt email and Bitlocker :) I use it alot.
