Windows 10: very disappinted windows insider and developer

dear microsoft software has destoyed my original system in the past like 1 year to be exact i rebuilt this new system from using old and obsolete parts and can run any program i have been a developer for aprox a year and a insider for under a year tried everything from networkin ai quantum development ode and you name it i have tried just intwo days i restored this unit and added even more programs nothing works to activate it can you ck it out i just want to be sure im good with development bulids for you guys im very advanced and can almost hack any systen brutely but im not a hacker im a microsoft developer scientist in extreme learning mode any remote assistance is welcome afterall i never really used this feature and hell one thing i want to try and seems no one wants me to remote link in my fam so i can learn lol ima jewelry designer and a rolex autherised repair so lets learn to make this dell tick tick thanks

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

I suggest you to Perform the below steps and install the Insider Hub.

• Go to Settings, then System and then
  Apps & Features.
• Click on Manage Optional Features.
• Click on Add a Feature.
• Navigate the list, locate Insider Hub, and click
  install.
