Windows 10: Very hard to reactivate windows 10 Retail key to new pc

So microsoft company is very unfair with their Retail key buyer regarding reactivation process. Sometimes the agent from phone call said it can not be activated anymore. This is what i faced with my retail key. I think youmicrosoft should not sale anymore retail version by higher price and limit the usage to some point. I found that it is very unfair practise

OEM Windows 10 licenses cannot be transferred to a new computer.

It depends on how Windows 10 was originally configured on your computer.

If its a full retail store bought license online or offline, it is transferable to a new computer or motherboard.

If its the free upgrade from a retail store bought Windows 7 or Windows 8 license, it is transferable to a new computer or motherboard.

If its the free upgrade from a OEM preinstalled Windows 7 or Windows 8 license, it is NOT transferable to a new computer or motherboard.

If you upgraded from a retail box copy Windows 7, it has retail transfer rights.

Use the following to see if you can find the original Windows 7 key. If you can't find the original Windows 7 key, you won't be able to transfer it.
