  1. Very odd taskbar behavior going on.

Since turning on my computer today I cannot right click icons on my taskbar and it is always on top of every program3 even in fullscreen. I've tried sfc /scannow in command prompt and that returned no integrity violations. I really am at a loss as to what to do next. Never seen this issue before. Thanks.

    :)

    Odd internet behavior

Thanks Ken. I think I understood what you wanted me to try but got no better results. I've attached screen grabs of those.

I don't recall having this issue until my internet service changed the modem to better our speed. Believe me, we welcome 25mbs service! My wife's MAC does not do this. My PC is a relativity new built so maybe an update has effected it.

The Internet icon in the TaskBar has an red X for about 30 seconds when boot to desktop & also each time the PC shuts down after non usage.

  4. Very odd taskbar behavior going on.

Taskbar hides and shows itself after opening start menu.

    Steps:

    1. Using HDMI for a second monitor.
    2. Open start menu using the icon.
    3. Close start menu using the icon.
    4. Click anywhere other than the task bars. (e.g. an open window, the desktop, even the first monitor's desktop)
    5. Taskbar on second monitor slides down to be hidden.
    6. Taskbar then immediately slides up to reappear.

If after closing the start menu (step 3), you click on the taskbar, then click outside the taskbar, this behavior does not occur.

Performing the steps on the main monitor's taskbar does not produce this behavior.

This has been happening for as long as I can remember using this laptop (~3years), with different nVidia drivers and Windows 10 updates.
