Windows 10: Very Slow Computer, Typing Lags - Help!

Hello,I have a very slow computer, it takes FOREVER to startup or restart, the typing has a random delay. I've tried a lot of troubleshooting and can't get it to work any faster or fix the delay. Are there logs I can have someone look over or any suggestions on what I can do to speed / fix this thing?
