Windows 10: Video file won't play

Hello all, I recently transferred some video files from a jump drive. 4 of 5 are working perfectly however, one video will not play. Attached is a screenshot of the files. The one that will not play is showing an MPEG image instead if the preview picture. All files are mp4 but I cannot get this one to play! Please help me. Do I need to try another media player? Is this file corrupted? I no longer have access to the jump drive I transferred these files from. Thank you!

• Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
• Click OK.

• Where did you obtain the said editing software?
• What is the file extension of the videos you were trying to play?
• What application were you using to play these video files?
• Were there any recent changes made prior to this issue?

The latency in playing videos might have been caused by network interruption, or an incompatible graphics driver. For us to isolate the issue, we would like to ask these questions:

• Does the issue happens when playing videos online or you have experienced the latency when playing videos that are saved on your drive too?
• Which browser are you using?
  
• Have you made any recent changes to your system settings prior to this issue?
• Have you encountered any network issues?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

lumnia 1520 Videos

Phone won t play videos. The lumnia 1520 won t play videos on phone all the time. How u record a video on a phone and it won t play the video it has recorded. Sometimes it plays and sometimes it does not. Have videos on USB it won t play on PC either. The
codec is being recorded with X box codec ir something like that and it won t play on my windows 7 PC or my phone lumnia 1520. they realm need to fix that. I have recorded very important videos and have lost them do to the fact that the phone won t play the
videos or after I record it the videos is lost.

additionally, I don t think the phone reads the USB correctly.

I am posting this to see if someone has a solution to the problem. I have went to all my videos players and selected all the codec for them and it still won t play the videos I tried a cheap video converter it didn t work. My next option is to purchase a
video converter. Don t want to purchase one and still unable to play the video furthermore, I m paying for a phone where I can t play the videos. I think the price should be lowers or we (lumnia 1520 uses who are experiencing this should get a partial refund
or discount). Help help, please please provide an update to theblumnia 1520 software so we can play videos that are recorded in it. Videos do not record sometimes and it always seems to be the most important video.

Update:

Since no one answered my question and didn't suggest any solutions to it. I decided to use my old lumnia phone for videos and photo taking. Not only am I purchasing a phone that I can not use for photos and videos. I have to carry around two phones.

My solution is:

To restore the photos and video file format or codec back to the original codecs for the lumnia 1520. Or update the software and/or codec for the 1520 lumnia phone. I'm leaning towards restoring the photos and video file format or codec back to the original
codecs, and such for the lumnia 1520.

Why try to change the format to something that was just fine as is? Additionally, I am wondering if the videos and photos issues are happening on other devices that have the new Xbox format and/or the micro usb drive.

HELP SOMEONE PLEASE!!! PRAYING FOR A SOLUTION!
