Windows 10: Video & Game

Okay So I've Noticed There's This One Game That If I Have Youtube Or Twitch Open While The Games Open In The Background I Can See This Tiny Sliver Of The Game, It Also Only Happens If The Game's In Fullscreen And The Video Is Not. Is This Something Wrong With The Game Or Something On My Computer, I've Already Tried Restarting My Computer, Reveriyfing The Game Files And Redownloading The Game. Sorry I Don't Exactly Know What This Would Classify As For A Topic

Load this checklist video in Edge:
(I'm assuming you did at least a few of these steps, since you stated you tried other suggestions earlier)

Go through the list of suggestions here to try to repair YouTube for Chrome...

I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.

 

Can’t hear audio while recording games or videos

We will need some more information to help you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps. Please reply with the following details:

• How are you recording the games or videos?
  
• When you say, “I can't hear anything” you are unable to get the in-game audio or your voice?
  
• What is the make and model of the computer?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type:
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
  Enter.
  

If you are using Game bar to record the games or videos, I suggest you to refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows key + I to open
   Settings.
   
2. Click on Gaming.
   
3. Click on Capture on the left pane.
   
4. Clear the check box for Record gaming audio only.
   
5. Follow the same steps for Broadcasting.
