Windows 10: Video Management Internal Error

My laptop perfectly fine before i update it to windows 1901, and theres notification in check for updates and i update it and it stuck in getting things ready 0% so i search on google and found out it need windows 1901

After i update the windows and my update done too and after the restart my laptop become lag and keep getting stop code video management internal error.

Did you create a restore point if so you can restore it from when your system is working fine if not you can follow this steps actually work for me..
Solution 1. Reinstall the driver if you have A discrete GPU
Solution 2. Install motherboard chipset if you have integrated GPU.

Step 1: I suggest you to check if there are any drivers with exclamatory mark in Device Manager.

• Press Windows + X keys from the keyboard, click on
  Device Manager.
• Check for the drivers with exclamatory mark in yellow triangle.
• If so, right click on the driver, click on Properties
  and check the device status.

If there are no drivers of such, I suggest you to re-install the display drivers.

Step 2: I suggest you to download the display drivers for your device from the Manufacturer's website.

Step 3: Boot the device to Safe mode and uninstall the existing drivers and restart the computer.

Steps to Uninstall the Display Adapter driver.

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapter.
• Right click on the Display Adapter and click on
  Uninstall.

10, try to install the drivers in compatibility mode.

Step 4:
Follow the below steps to place the computer in normal mode.

• Press Windows + R keys to open
  Run command.
• Type msconfig and press
  Enter.
• In the System Configuration window, click on
  General tab.
• Select Start-up selection as
  Normal startup, click on Apply
  and Ok.
• Follow onscreen instructions.
