Windows 10: Video Playback is Split Screen?

Can someone help me figure out why all my video play back has suddenly started looking like this? Whether its an older DVD, or a Bluray ... even Youtube! They're all playing like this... The above picture is taken from Windows itself, as it is the preview image from the Windows HD Color Settings window, and all my videos are playing like that! Only exception so far is seems Netflix plays fine. - - - Updated - - - I seem to have resolved the issue... For some reason my AMD Radeon Driver got switched to "Demo Mode". I turned this off, and now its all working as it should be!

Troubleshooter. Follow these steps to run
Video Playback troubleshooter:

• Type troubleshooting in the search bar and select it.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click Video Playback
  troubleshooter.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
• Check if issue persists.

Step 2: Also, I suggest you to update your graphic card drivers.

I suggest you to update graphic drivers and check if it helps. Follow the steps given below.

  Press Windows key + X key and click on
  Device manager.

  Search for Display Adapters.
  
• 
  Right-click on the graphics
  card and click on Update driver software.
