Windows 10: Video playback problem, some MP 4 videos stall half way through. Mostly downloads. They...

I am having multiple problems on my Lenovo Ideapad 5. It is less than a year old. Running intel i7. One is a problem with videos stop playing and one is not being able to fill out forms from Websites. An empty box shows up with no data.I think it is a security settings problem, but not sure.

Please run the Video Playback troubleshooter and see if the issue will persist. To run the troubleshooter, please follow the steps below:

1. Press the Windows and I keys to open Settings.
2. Click on Update & Security.
3. Click on Troubleshoot.
4. Under Find and fix other problems, look for Video Playback
   and click on it.
5. Click Run the troubleshooter.

Method 2:

I suggest you to update the Display adapters driver from the Device Manager and check if it works.

Follow the below steps:

1. Right click on Start button and click on
Device Manager.

2. Select the Graphic driver from the list by extending
Display adapters.

3. Right click on the Graphic driver and click on
Update driver Software.

If the issue still persists then, I would recommend you to download and install the latest video card drivers in compatibility mode from the manufacturer’s website and check if it works.
