  1. Video Playback

I'm having problems with my YouTube, Facebook, etc. videos pixilating. I tried running the Video Playback troubleshooter and I get an error message saying "Unsupported video type or invalid file path". This problem just started a couple of weeks ago. I use Microsoft Windows 10. What can I do to correct his without having to buy a new video card? Thanks for any suggestions. By the way, I am not computer savy so please leave clear instructions.

    :)
