Windows 10: Video Scheduler Internal Error - During Skype Call

Hi there,


While using skype updated to latest version my laptop crashed and presented a blue error screen with reference to a video scheduler internal error. I have had previous skype conference calls however, this issue had never occurred. In my most recent call with 3 other individuals my laptop crashed 3 times.


All my drivers are up to date

I've scanned my laptop for viruses - there are none

I've fixed registry errors

I've ran a chkdsk scan and have come across no errors.


The issue did not occur when I had a call with one individual only.


Can you help? I would like to avoid for this issue to happen in the future and also, know if there is an underlying serious issue that I should rectify before it becomes unfixable.

Constant BSOD in VR: Video Scheduler Internal Error

Did you create a restore point if so you can restore it from when your system is working fine if not you can follow this steps actually work for me..
Solution 1. Reinstall the driver if you have A discrete GPU
Solution 2. Install motherboard chipset if you have integrated GPU.

VIDEO SCHEDULER INTERNAL ERROR

I had a stopcode VIDEO SCHEDULER INTERNAL ERROR while a had a skype conversation. It stopped 5 times and restarted by itself. what do I do?
