Windows 10: Video stills

A number of our ‘still’ jpg taken from videos until recently incorporated a couple of seconds of movement on the PC windows 10. But no longer. I’m sure it must me due to how my settings on the ‘view’ screen have altered, but I can’t see where?All such stills from videos have the file suffix _moment, without which they are simply stills.

I am a Systems Engineer (entry-Level) and I am having this issue. I have followed all the steps that were listed, even created a new user account. This is for a customer. When I followed the steps, before creating a new user, i kept changing the path to point to the correct place. The second time, and following, I ended up getting the 2 SID's, one with the .bak. Followed the steps to delete the regular one and rename the .bak. restarted and still signs in as a temp profile. So I ended up cfreating a new user and still get the same Temp profile issue. Could you suggest something? Thanks.

• Let us know whether the issue is specific to online videos or it is happening with other videos present in your system too?

As the initial troubleshooting steps, I would suggest you to check all the available Windows Updates. Installation of recent Windows Updates should fix the issue.

If the issue still persists, then try updating the Display driver and check. Here is the steps:

• Press Windows Key + R on your desktop screen to go to run command box.
• Type devmgmt.msc and hit Enter.
• In Display Adapter, expand Display Adapter, right-click , and then click
  Update.

• What app are you using to use when playing videos?
• What file type are the videos that you usually play?
• Any troubleshooting steps you have done so far?
