Windows 10: Video Streaming issue on multiple websites in Windows 10

Hello ,

I have some issues when I try to stream simultaneously on two websites with Chrome version 73 or later(Somebody told me that this happens also with other browsers). My webcam (splitter) appears on the first website and in the second is black and I can stream just in one website. This thing didn't happen with chrome version 6. xx. This happens just on windows 10 in windows 7 I don't have any issues streaming on multiple websites with Chrome version 73 or later.
What should I do?

WINDOW 10 video streaming issues on half of screen

As the initial troubleshooting steps, I would suggest you to check all the available Windows Updates. Installation of recent Windows Updates should fix the issue.

Please follow the below methods and check if that helps.

Method 1: Try updating the Display driver and check if that helps.

• Press Windows Key +
  R on your desktop screen to go to run command box.
• Type devmgmt.msc and hit
  Enter.
• In Display Adapter, expand Display Adapter, right-click, and then click
  Update.

Method 2 : I would also suggest you to install the latest graphics card drivers for Windows 10 from the manufacturer's website and install it in
compatibility mode and check.

Follow these steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode:

a) Download the graphics card drivers from the manufacturer’s website.

b) Right-click on the driver and click on ‘properties’.

c) Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box ‘Run this program in compatibility
mode for’ and select Windows 8.1
operating system from the drop down.

d) Click on ‘Apply’ and click ‘OK’
and run the file to install it.

Video streaming failed with unsupported video type error

Hi,
I was able to resolve the issue by disabling all hardware enhancements for Conexant Smartaudio HD. Here are the steps I took to resolve it, in case someone else runs into the same frustrating problem as I did: Right click on the speaker icon on the lower right hand corner -> Playback Devices -> Disable all hardware enhancements -> OK -> Reboot. That's it!
