Windows 10: video tdr failure (atikmpag.sys) windows 10

DELL INSPIRON N4050 i5 intel core processor

GRAPHICS CARD: AMD RADEON HD 7400M SERIES, INTEL GRAPHICS HD 3000

PROBLEM : every time I login my laptop it shows video tdr failure (atikmpag.sys) and also my screen resolution I drastically increased and brightness is at maximum. this problem has been from last 6 days.

I uninstall my graphics and reinstall too but it does not work. I reinstall windows 10 and update also but also all in vain. I checked device manager it shows yellow mark in amd graphics I searched for new driver update but it displays error code 22 or sometime code 31.

I also install fresh amd graphics driver from amd site (non-whql-win10-64bit-radeon-software-crimson-relive-16.2.1-sep20) but doesnot work.

what is the solution for this? plz help me show me right way to sort out this problem

Blue Screen - Video TDR Failure

Hello

I have had 2 blue screen system failures this morning. Both of them with the message Video TDR Failure. The message advised me to contact support and quote igdkmd64.sys.

The system was installing Windows Updates at the time so that is my prime suspicion. The update that was successfully installed was Intel Corporation driver update for Intel(R) HD Graphics. It appears twice at the top of the list of updates for some reason.

 

Repeated breakdown in window 10 video tdr failure igdkmd64.sys PDC_watchdog_timeout

after upgrade from 8.1 to window 10, there was repeated breakdown of the PC during working with microsoft office. My surface pro 3 also connects to two external monitor.
