Windows 10: video tdr failure igdkmd64.sys

Hello! My laptop screen goes black every 5-10 seconds, its performance has drastically reduced ando occasionally i get a blue screen with the error in the title of the question.

Disabling the Intel graphics adapter helps, but then i can't play most of my video games due to low fps, although before all that happened everything worked fine and i never experienced fps drops.

I think it's because my intel driver is now a basic microwoft device instead of the actual driver that my laptop needs, but every time i try to reinstall the Inter driver to fix it, i get black screens and timeout blue screen again. None of the solutions i found online work reinstalling drivers, rolling back drivers and changing power settings Any help?

Video TDR Failure - igdkmd64.sys

Both yesterday and this morning I was able to work in Adobe Premiere editing videos. This afternoon I got the blue screen with the Video TDR Failure - igdkmd64.sys failure.

I have tried updating the video driver and I even deleted and reinstalled it. I'm not great with computers so I have no clue where to go next.

My computer shows the following info:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz 2.71 GHz

12.0 GF installed ram

64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Intel(R) HD Graphics 530

I'm not sure what else you might need but I can also include that if you can let me know.

I have my last 3 DMP files in OneDrive but I'm not sure if I post the link here?

Repeated breakdown in window 10 video tdr failure igdkmd64.sys PDC_watchdog_timeout

after upgrade from 8.1 to window 10, there was repeated breakdown of the PC during working with microsoft office. My surface pro 3 also connects to two external monitor.

Blue Screen - Video TDR Failure

Hello

I have had 2 blue screen system failures this morning. Both of them with the message Video TDR Failure. The message advised me to contact support and quote igdkmd64.sys.

The system was installing Windows Updates at the time so that is my prime suspicion. The update that was successfully installed was Intel Corporation driver update for Intel(R) HD Graphics. It appears twice at the top of the list of updates for some reason.
