Windows 10: VIDEO TDR FAILURE nvlddmkm.sys GTX 1650

Hola hace unos meses me compre una GTX 1650 como en enero, y en febrero empece a tener una pantalla de la muerte llamada: Detener Codigo VIDEO TDR FAILURE Lo que fue erroneo: nvlddmkm.sysmi primer pantallazo ocurrio mientras estaba en discord y me aparecio eso, la segunda fue viendo un video y las otras empezaron a pasar mientras yo no usaba la pc osea en modo suspension, hasta ahora no me volvio a pasar mientras la uso. Deje mi pc prendida 1 dia y no paso nada, en el 2 tampoco y en el 3 me desperte con el error, la verdad no creo que sea por el sobrecalentamiento ya que antes m

BSOD Video TDR Failure


She probably needs to do a video driver update. Get her to go to the manufacturers website for her graphics card and update her graphics card drivers.

Blue Screen - Video TDR Failure

Hello

I have had 2 blue screen system failures this morning. Both of them with the message Video TDR Failure. The message advised me to contact support and quote igdkmd64.sys.

The system was installing Windows Updates at the time so that is my prime suspicion. The update that was successfully installed was Intel Corporation driver update for Intel(R) HD Graphics. It appears twice at the top of the list of updates for some reason.

 

Video TDR Failure - igdkmd64.sys

Both yesterday and this morning I was able to work in Adobe Premiere editing videos. This afternoon I got the blue screen with the Video TDR Failure - igdkmd64.sys failure.

I have tried updating the video driver and I even deleted and reinstalled it. I'm not great with computers so I have no clue where to go next.

My computer shows the following info:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz 2.71 GHz

12.0 GF installed ram

64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Intel(R) HD Graphics 530

I'm not sure what else you might need but I can also include that if you can let me know.

I have my last 3 DMP files in OneDrive but I'm not sure if I post the link here?
