Windows 10: Video TDR Failure - Reg

Dear Sir/Madam,


I Have Dell Inspiron M5110 model laptop using windows 10 upgraded from windows 7. Now i'm facing the issue, when I'm turn on the laptop it will load, then two second black screen and then it will shows the blue screen error " Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then you can restart. "

What failed: atikmpag.sys


So I hve tried procedure available in our community. If i'm try to select the trouble shoot option, my keyboard and touch pad not working. if i'm using external keyboard it will works. Then I proceed with external keyboard, at the time of safe mode selection Number's 4 for safe mode , 5 for safe mode with network Boot, Both the External & Internal keyboards are not working.


What can i do Now?

Hi valihrach,

Some of your suggestions are not for TDR problems, TDR problems are video related and things as sata/raid controller driver replacement have nothing to do with video related things.

The third thing is a personal opinion and may not be a solution for the OP, many will say that AMD sucks where many others will say that Nvidia sucks.
