    I am a content creator and every time I try to edit videos using premiere pro, I first get a notificaiton saying "cannot create image buffer' and then my entire computer surfacebook 2 crashes and shows the error "video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error"I have tried everything and have tried updating my drivers. It says every time that my drivers are the most up to date and so now I don't know what to do

    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
