Windows 10: VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR BSOD on laptop since latest updates

Since the latest updates November 13, 2018—KB4467702 (OS Build 17134.407)

my husband keeps getting the error Video Scheduler Internal error.

We have tried all the suggestions found on different posts but with not success. Even tried uninstalling the Updates, again no success.


Others have encountered the same problem ?

Do you have suggestions for the next steps ?

After upgrade to windows 10 i get video_scheduler_internal_error

I've asus laptop N550JK Model.

I've upgraded from windows 8.1 home single language to windows 10.

After the computer tends to sleep or just dims the display off, It goes into BSOD With error video_scheduler_internal_error; not everytime i sleep my laptop it goes into BSOD, just random times

I'm a little bit noobie with regard to softwares

I've updated my intel 4600HD Graphics drivers aswell as Nvidea GTX 850M to the latest version.

I attempted to download the intel 4600HD Driver From Intel download center ( the driver for windows 10) but everytime i proceed to download i get 404 Not found.

I updated my laptop drivers according to asus recommendations for drivers updates

Updated also my bios firmwares

Scanf pc command doesn't show any errors aswell as DISM tool

Any suggestions what to do?

 

[Windows 10] [Help] BSOD VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE and VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR

So I have recently upgraded to Windows 10 and few days ago and enjoyed it until today. Today was when I started to get BSOD after BSOD with "VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE" and "VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR"...

My Display Adapters/Graphics Cards

Intel HD Graphics 4600

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 860M

I am on a laptop running Windows 10 64-bit and cannot put an end to these BSODs...

I tried to upload a dump but the dump file from the dumps is so large I struggle to upload it (860k KBs)

This is most likely due to an installation/upgrade error with ATI driver's. I suggest doing DriveSweeper and the following:

• Drivesweeper all drivers & in Safe Mode
• Unistall all drivers that aren't used in DriveSweeper (CCC Profiler Updates, MSI AfterBurner, anything related to ATI that use's it's drivers.)
• After you do this, the first thing you need to do is go into Device Manager and Unistall your ATI Drivers

Once your done, restart the PC and then try installing the latest drivers.


I had several issues with this in the past, but I overcame it with logical reasoning and whenever I have a driver issue, I just use these steps and I always overcome the problem.
