    Videos have black bars in windows 10 on Flash and Netflix On side of.


    As the title I just can't seem to get rid of them and they move from side to side ever so slightly. I don't have the problem on Windows 7 on the same machine as it's a dual boot. I've a AMD R7 video card if that is any help.

    Video Problems

    I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and all of a sudden I'm getting problems with playing YouTube Videos. The videos always have errors occur, stutter, or just have a black screen with audio (or a combination of stutter and black screen. The videos will
    only really play at 144p and no higher. Netflix though, that works fine, but almost all other flash media on the web does not. I've many different configurations for the setting and restarted multiple times, and tried different browsers. Is this problem directly
    related to windows 10 or is there another problem?

    How do I fix black bars on the side of my screen windows 10?

    I got my free upgrade to windows 10 and part of my screen is cut off on both sides no matter what I do.My cards are fully updated I dont know if its my moniter or windows 10 please help.

    The above screenshot is from Flash player in Chrome in Windows 10, the screenshot below is from Windows 7 but no black bars on the side. So when you enlarge it the black bars stay on in Windows 10. Anyone come across this as it's wrecking my head.

    I finally fixed it myself, I totally uninstalled all AMD software so their were no trace of it left on PC and reinstalled and it worked.
