    To assist you better, kindly write back to us with the following information.




    • Is the issue confined with specific phone device?

    • What is the make and model of the phone?


    It seems that the, video file format is not supported in the phone on which you are trying to play.

    As an initial step, I suggest you to check if the video file format is supported on the phone or not

    can't play videos downloaded from you tube

    Hai,I am using tube mate for downloading videos from you tube and when I try to play those videos...it just shows this video can't be played in this device...and when I tried to play it from the sd card..i found out dat the video which was found to be 7
    mb in size...was saved in the sd card as a 0 b file...please help..

    Is there a work around to Windows 10 not being able to accept plug ins and play You Tube videos? When I tried to open the videos with IE the same error message occurred.
