Windows 10: view pop up window

Hello.I notice that when clik on >view more the pop up window appears above and is not show entirely.Instead i see other people that the pop up window appears below ,so appears all options.What can i do?Only if a open the main window in smaller size appears entirely the pop up window.Attach 2 screenshots and a video for a friend whcih open the pop up bleow and not above https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_dgtvytXijk

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
