    VIRUS AND THREAT PROBLEM


    I SEE A MESSAGE IN VIRUS AND THREAT PROTECTION LIKE THIS :

    'THREATS FOUND' AND BELOW THERE IS A BUTTON WITH THE NAME "START ACTIONS" BUT WHEN I CLICK ON IT,NOTHING HAPPENS NO REACTION

    AND IT SHOWS 2 THREATS WITH SEVERE DAMAGE ......

    WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    IS IT COMMON?

    SHOULD I IGNORE IT?

    IS THERE ANY SOLUTION FOR IT?

    Windows Security Virus & Threat Protection Settings "managed by your administrator"

    Hi Nikhar,

    Thank you so much for replying. I followed your steps but this hasn't solved the problem - still no virus and threat protection. The registry value was 3, and I changed it to 2 as you suggested. Should I change it back?

    Any other suggestions?

    virus and threat protection

    Virus and threat protection has stopped and will not restart, Windows 10 ver 1709, antimalware client ver 4.12.16299.15 . SuperAntiSpyware installed.

    I have tried most of the suggestions from the support pages, all have been ineffective. Any suggestions

    VIRUS AND THREAT PROBLEM

    Persistent Threat Message in Virus & Threat Protection in Windows 10

    Hi,

    I have recently uninstalled CCleaner from my PC.

    Under Current Threats in Virus & Threat Protection, I keep getting the message that there's a threat from AppVIRUS AND THREAT PROBLEM :piriform_CCleaner.

    I've tried the option to Remove this but even after a re-boot the message remains.

    Can someone please suggest how to resolve this?
