Windows 10: Virus attacked on August 7, 2022, Registry corrupted and unable to do repair upgrade

So, on August 7, 2022, my HP Windows 10 21H1 desktop was infected by a virus. It corrupted some of the registry, which led to some programs like Inno Setup and VirtualBox not working. I tried a system restore that was automatically made 3 days before the virus attack. I got AppxStaging error and tried uninstalling some recently installed programs. That triggered new system restores to be made, which erased the one made on August 4, 2022. The system restore corrupted the registry even more. I’ve tried Sfc and DISM. Is there a way to repair your registry without deleting it?

I thought that sfc /scannow would work but I don't think it repairs the registry, just the .dlls.
Is there a command that repairs the registry without having to repair XP entirely? I have found that a screwed up registry is the main cause of slow bootup times. But I don't know how to repair it without deleting the registry commands of programs already installed. All I really like to do is add those commands that may have been deleted by mistake or made corrupt by mistake.

Is there a way to do this?

 

Corrupted file RAR

If the archive has been created using WinRAR, why don't you try WinRAR itself? It has a built-in repair feature for repairing corrupted archive (ZIP as well as RAR). Follow the steps given below:

• Open WinRAR application in your system.
• Now click on File tab > Open or simply press Ctrl+O.
• A small window "Find Archive" will pop up. Locate the corrupt RAR archive from your system directory and select it.
• Now click Open button.
• Click Tools tab > Repair archive or simply press Alt+R.
• Again a small window "Repairing File name.rar" will pop up.
• Now click Browse to select a location to save the repaired archive.
• Check the box "Treat the corrupt archive as RAR" and click OK.
• WinRAR will start repairing of corrupt RAR archive. Once it gets completed click Close.

Windows 10 upgrade with virus attacks

This isn't a question - just a statement. Since my download and install of Windows 10 I'm continually (every couple hours) getting blasted with attacks of the Trojan.Dropper virus. Thankfully my Norton Security is detecting and blocking it. But I
didn't see this listed as a feature of the software when I downloaded it. I'd like Microsoft to know about this so if someone out there with more knowledge that me could forward it to them, I'd appreciate it. It really isn't a problem, just unsettling
getting these attack messages all the time. Before this I'd get maybe 3 virus messages a year let alone a day.
