    microsoft defender said it found a threat 5 days ago and it said that it had been taken care of.currently running a full system scan with microsoft defender. the virus in question is Behavior:Win32/ExplorerInjectQueueAPC.Shis there any way i can prevent from spreading/delete it without have to back up my files or re-install windows? lot of work and i just moved so i dont have a spare hard drivecurrently running windows 11 24h2i have a nvidia rtx gpu however the latest driver isnt installed.
