Windows 10: Virus Grenam.A

Hace un mes había publicado una pregunta, pues los exe o ejecutables dentro de las carpetas de ciertas aplicaciones desaparecían, no sabia por que era en ese entonces, hoy me di cuenta que es un virus que infecta los ejecutables y windows defender lo borra; se llama Grenam.A se propago a toda mi carpeta de programas y al final me borro otras 6 aplicaciones. mi preguntas es como lo elimino por completo por que veo que cada vez que apago la computadora y vuelvo a encenderla el antivirus lo vuelve a detectar y esta vez en otro programa,siempre que me aparece le doy eliminar, probé con poner en cuarentena, pero sigue apareciendo al principio solo fue una aplicación pero ahora se ha ido a otras; si hay una solución que no me deje sin aplicaciones se los agradecería muchísimo
