Windows 10: VIRUS IN WINDOWS

So basically I believe I clicked on a very suspicious link, and a virus program of such sort was inserted into my computer. This malware keeps trying to inject a code in my Windows Power shell. Every time it attempts, my anti-virus notifies me of it and doesn't let it inject the code. How do I fully remove this malware? I've tried to delete Windows Power Shell, but it keeps appearing.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
