Windows 10: Virus Scan Failed / Extracted Folder Empty double whammy

Hi all, just a quick enquiry on a problem I can't seem to crack looking at this forum, IT help pages, YouTube videos etc.I use a Windows 10 Pro.I am trying to download music off Bandcamp. A cover photo and a bunch of mp3s, nothing spectacular, no special characters.Whether I use Edge or Chrome, when whatever I download is supposed to come to an end I get "Virus Scan Failed" and no download.If I go on Windows Security and lift various protections, I still have this problem.The only way I've managed to download the folder in full, I have done the Windows + R "regedit" command, followed by HKEY_L

Are the step-by-step processes identical? That is, the folder extracted from and the folder extracted to belong to the same hierarchical file system structure. If they are, that suggests mildly the Cumulative Update left an electron or two out of place.

Thanks pyramid10 for your contribution, I ensured that the steps taken and the source and destination folders were the same, in the using zip7 as suggested by BunnyJ resolved all issues for me.
I am the first to admit that I am a long long way from understanding the intricacies of computers and if truth be told I am now to old anyway to absorb much information.

By default, scans are saved in a Scans folder inside the Pictures. Here are the steps on how to get there:

• Press Windows and type pictures
• Click Pictures and double-click the Scans folder.
