Windows 10: Virus Troyan

Tengo un problema y es que mi windows defender me dice que hay virus troyano, pero cuando yo le doy en iniciar acciones no elimina los virus y no se que hacer.

Keyboard problem - I WOULD RATHER HAVE TROYANS

This is a reoccurring problem that comes and goes - once in a while left Shift and w key on a laptop just stop working. It is back again.

Advice ''contact the manufacturer etc.'' is useless - I am not a monarch or VIP and, if the keyboard or a part of it is dead, I would rather get an external keyboard - it only takes an hour to get one and costs almost nothing in comparison to every other
solution.

I would rather have troyans than bugware or mechanical damage. At least I know how to deal with troyans.
