Windows 10: VLC 3.0 Released

Discus and support VLC 3.0 Released in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; GUI looks blurry to me on this version. x64. Cone looks blurry, and bottom bar.     Yes !! I've noticed the same error in Reliability Monitor. I haven't tried shutting down VLC while video is playing.

    I checked when I opened VLC, and there was no error showing. The second I shut it down by closing, the error appears.

    Im glad I am not the only one !! This didn't happen with the previous version.

    But other than the error on shutdown of VLC, the player functions without a hiccup ! BTW, I am usinf the 64 bit version.
