Windows 10: VMware refuses to run Windows 10

I have been trying to run Windows 10 on Vmware Player on the latest insider build but I keep running into this error:





I have played about with Group Policy to change the status of Device Guard but the error still appears.

I request you to try running the VMware with admin rights.

How to run Windows 10 surafce on VMWare?

I want to install Windows 10 surface OS on VMWare(on Windows 7) as I do not have surface laptop. But I am unable to find downloading link of Windows 10 surface iso file. Kindly provide the link for the same and steps to run Windows 10 surface OS on VMWare.
And also let me know 'is this licensed product?'
