    Hi,


    I have a Bluetooth headset attached to a Creative Labs USB Dongle.


    My headset is also connected to my iPhone via Bluetooth it supports two connections


    A call came into my iPhone and by mistake, I clicked the headset as the audio source. I didn't want this so I cancelled the call.


    When I returned to my PC Windows 10 v1909 I found that my sounds are 80% of what they should be.


    I know that this is because I had a setting to reduce the audio by 80% when a call comes in.


    However, regardless of what I do, including a Windows Reset, updating to v2004 and back, reinstalling drivers, removed enhancements as well as spatial sounds, I can't get the 80% reduction removed.


    I don't want to carry out a fresh install so does anyone know of a way to reset this sound reduction.

    N73 4.0747.31.0.1 volume reduced?

    Has anybody else noticed that the volume has been reduced on the music player using the original headphones/mic after applying Version 4.0747.31.0.1?

    The volume on the right earpiece seems to have dropped more than the left. (It's not my hearing or the balance settings, before somebody asks; I've tried them back-to-front too.)

    Also does anybody know where the list of fixes / enhancements is for this upgrade?

    The official list doesn't include this version...

    Otherwise I suggest- assuming your disk and file system are sound-
    an in-place upgrade repair install which keeps all progs, data and most settings

    You need an iso of the same base language and build- freely downloadable.

    How to ensure that the ring volume does not get reduced when I reduce the Music Volume.

    How to ensure that the ring volume does not get reduced when I reduce the Music Volume.

    The Ringer Volume gets decreased when I decrease the Music Volume.



    Is there a way to remove the dependancy?
