  1. Volume turns down on startup

I've been having an issue for a while now where applications are having their volume levels decreased every time I shut my computer down and start it back up. From things like window's System Sounds to applications like Discord, at times when I open the volume mixer these applications are showing at 0% volume although they are ever so slightly audible. This doesn't always happen and it's not always down to 0%, sometimes 1 or 2%. Not all applications are doing this either, nor does it seem to happen every time.

This has become an increasing annoyance as I have to open volume mixer and increase the volume every time I start my computer. This has been ongoing for close to over a year now and I still have not been able to find a solution for this. I've already checked for driver updates for all my audio devices and done the most frequent solutions for audio problems.

Has anyone else had this problem or similar, and how was it fixed?

    :)
