Windows 10: VPN on Windows 10

I am trying to set up a VPN on my PC using the Microsoft VPN. I have been unsuccessful. I need your assistance.


The following pop up message appeared on my last attempt:


Can't connect to VPA ASUS m PC


The remote connection was not made because the attempted VPN tunnels failed. The VPN server might be unreachable. if this connection is attempting to use an L2TP/IPsec tunnel, the security parameters required for IP negotiation might not be configured properly




Can you instruct me through the process of completing this install?
