Windows 10: VPN paid year subscription last week and want a refund....

Discus and support VPN paid year subscription last week and want a refund.... in Microsoft Windows 10 Store to solve the problem; YET there is not a single link anywhere on my account page regarding this payment for "request a refund" I even called the support number only for it...     VPN paid year subscription last week and want a refund....


    YET there is not a single link anywhere on my account page regarding this payment for "request a refund" I even called the support number only for it to redirect me back to the damn site again.


    WHERE CAN I REQUEST A REFUND!


    The service worked during the trial for this HOTSPOT Shield vpn service and after I purchased it for a year service the dang thing never works.... I would like a refund!


    Anyone with a similar issue?

    VPN paid year subscription last week and want a refund....

    I paid for the one year subscription for Jigsaw in November of 2015, and now it's telling me my subscription has expired.

    I paid for the one year subscription for Jigsaw in November of 2015, and now it's telling me my subscription has expired. This is only the next month, December 15. What gives? Trying to find any support is next to impossible. Any suggestions?
