    Is this something I really need or is Norton just pushing their wares? Norton is on me like a cheap suit nearly every time I power up my laptop and especially with both my really dumb smartphone and my Galaxy Tab E tablet. They act as if the world will end if I neglect their warnings. It's really aggravating and of course they allow no negative feedback else I'd tell them to go F*#& themselves. I mean if this VPN connection is something I actually need, so be it.

    Also, while I'm venting, every single time I powder up me laptop, Chrome tries to sneak in and take over my computer forcing me to close it BEFORE I can do anything at all. I've uninstalled the actual Chrome program but something, a second cousin I'd guess, called Chromium keeps self-downloading no matter how many times I re-uninstall it. Any thoughts regarding either issue?
