Windows 10: VPN'S

Ever since a recent update, all my VPN"S will not connect with the exception of ne that I use a bridge for.

Can anyone tell me whats blocking them from connecting


Any help will be appreciated , I have had all three companies look at my computer and they say its a Microsoft issue and their programs are all set up properly
