Windows 10: VSS Errors 8193 and 13

Hi. Since updating W10 to version 1903, Errors VSS 8193 and 13 are getting logged in Windows Event log every time the computer is turned off. The time of the errors is immediately before the computer turns off.

I never seen this errors before in previous versions of W10. Is most everyone now in W10 1903 getting this errors? Should I ignore them or do something about them? If so, what should I do?

Otherwise I suggest- assuming your disk and file system are sound-
an in-place upgrade repair install which keeps all progs, data and most settings

You need an iso of the same base language and build- freely downloadable.

 

VSS (Shadow Copy)

We are using Windows 10 1703 with shadow copy enabled. For some reason on my own PC I am able to right click on a folder and see "Previous Versions" however for everyone else the list is empty. I can see the Volume Shadow Copy service does start up and run
however still do not see any folders in previous versions. Has anyone come across this before? We are not blocking or hiding the list.

On one of the computers the event log shows:

On other computers there are no errors but the previous versions list is still empty on those.
