    After HOURS of troubleshooting just like the Microsoft website (answers I think) said to, I'm exhausted & bewildered! What would you do next if nothing about 8 steps I tried worked?

    I have VUDU on my smart TVs, also have movies already downloaded on the app. Can I get Vudu app for my Inspirion 17 5000 series laptop?

    vudu app will NOT open

    vudu app will NOT open on surface pro win 10pro build 16299.309.

    shows splash screen and then closes

    tried uninstalling and reinstalling numerous times

    Vudu website in chrome works fine
