Windows 10: W 11 update intalls to 97-99% then fails

I am trying to update Windows 11. It copies update and then installs to 97% or even 99%. and then fails. Then I get message Do nor worry returning computer to previous settings. This process takes over an hour.

Windows 11 "KB5021234" Update keeps failing at 97%

Alright, So heres the thing, my computer decided to fail to update to the Windows 11 KB5021234 Update, So heres the cycle

Windows 11 Downloads the update

Windows 11 Gives me the option to update in the power menu in the start bar

I update

Windows 11 Starts the progress

Restarts at 30%

Then Fails at 97% and reverts the changes

I tried doing dism and sfc and still no help, I cant even run sfc because theres a pending system repair that i need restart my pc for. I dont want to reinstall my windows or anything else like that

Installation of Windows update fails at 99%

Windows 10 Update Install fails at 99%. I did the install trouble shooting with no success. Tried to install again as suggest, Fails at same point. HELP!!!!
