Windows 10: W10 Flashplayer updates (KB3133431)

[SIZE=[SIZE=6[/SIZE]]I have Incredimail and every day W10 does an update with (KB3133431) and it prevents my emails from downloading. IM has told me to delete the updates and that seems to work UNTIL the next update comes in. What is the problem with flashyplayer (KB3133431)*Mad and W10 security (KB3133431) *Madand how can I STOP getting your updates until someone figures out how to fix it. I see there is a W10 Fix but I am reluctant*Sick to download it in fear it may completely stop my emails, I live by my emails so it is, fix it, or I reinstall W8. Any help will be appreciated no matter who does it.[/SIZE]

I tried this, but when I checked for updates after it adds KB3132372 back to the list as well as KB3133431. I restarted and then it installs KB3132372 and KB3133431 fails again.

I found that manually deleting update KB3132372, which was the corrupt update, then allowed the new update KB3133431 to load automatically and worked.
