Windows 10: W10 Home single language - how do I know when my systems is outdated?

Hello all!

I have a Dell Inspiron 5567 with W10 home single language. It's been working quite slow lately, every time I need to open a specific program it takes ages to open or close, or an Internet webpage to refresh, open, close or whatever you need to do.

I was wonder how should I notice that my pc needs an upgrade, a deep cleaning or... a complete chage!!!


I took the following info from my pc, hope it helps to give an answer:

Change system language on a single language licence

Yes it is possible to change the language on Windows 10 Single Language

I suggest you to check whether you’re using single language or multi-language in your system.

Follow the steps below.

• 
  Press Windows + Pause Break button.
  
• 
  There you will be able to see whether your system is single language or Multilanguage.
  

If it is Multi-language then you can download the English language and install.

There are certain operating system that does not entertain other OS languages, such as the Single Language pack. This pack is only capable of running with one base language and you may not be able to add other languages. To check if you have a Single Language
Pack, follow the steps below:

• On the search bar, type msinfo32.
• Select System Information from the list and hit Enter.
• A new window will open with all the detailed information about your machine.
• On the right side, beside OS Name, check the version of your Windows and see if it states that you have a single language pack edition.
