    Edit: It fixed itself overnight!!! I didn't even touch it and even turned off the power source, wow.

    No idea how, I was right about to create a Windows installation USB too, good job Microsoft.

    How ? Spring Creators has not been released thru WU or official channels yet.
    Post your current Build after 'overnight fix'. Win+R winver
    Win10 SC Build would read either 17133.1 or 17133.73 (if 4/10 CU applied).

    Version 1803 is already available in ESD format hosted at official MS servers. You can create the ISO from the ESD. I updated to build 17133.1 in one of my laptops this way, and haven't had any issues so far but I'll do a backup anyway.
