How to change Desktop Color In Windows 10

I am using my own picture as my Desktop Picture but the color around it is black and I want to

change the color around my own picture from black to another color. And I don't see any way to

do this in Windows 10. When I go in to settings and color all I can change is the taskbar color and the start menu color but nothing changes my Desktop from Black. Is there any way to do this in Windows 10 with out picking a Windows Theme and losing my chosen
Desktop Picture? Someone please tell me

step by step how I can change my Desktop background color from Black without losing my chosen picture
