    W10 v2004 Build: 19041.388 Freezes. How can I trace the problem?


    I use Outlook 2010, Firefox and skype mainly and every hour I get at least one freeze. Below is a screenshot from the Event Viewer after one of the freezes, plus the error message. Any advice on how to solve please? Thank you.

    ERROR, Event Log EventID: 6008: The previous system shutdown at 6:24:26 PM on ‎8/‎4/‎2020 was unexpected.

    and I want to enable hey cartana but I want it to response only to my voice

    but I can't find 'learn how I say hey cortana"' button in windows search

    is it deleted?

    if yes can I bring it back?

    if yes how?

    if no is there any way instead?

    if no so were is it?
