    W10 ver 1909 and Realtek 4.0 Adapter ver 1.5.1012.3


    I have installed W10 ver 1909 and I have the latest Realtek Adapter. I now cannot access my Sandstrom speakers or my JBL650BT headphones. I have tried updating the Adapter driver but it keeps telling me that I have the latest driver. I did read a post that said that I needed the Realtek driver ver 1.5.1012.3 as minimum, which I have. I have also tried the manual update for the Realtek driver mentioned in various posts but I get the same answer that I already have the latest driver. Can anyone help?

    My OS build is 18363.476 cant seem to find the right version for windows 10 pro ver. 1909 or it is not yet released?

    1. When I had this setting problem, checked ms community and observed one of the steps recommended.

    2. No error message observed.

    3. No other troubleshooting steps made, only sfc scan.

    4. Issue started about 3 days ago.

    5. Change made is the update to creator ver. 1703 build 15063.138, all fine after that until about 3 days ago.

    6. Computer shows the same ver and build.
